CIC Group Rated 3rd Best Company to Work for in Spain in 2025

The company has renewed its HappyIndexAtWork and TechAtWork certifications and the result was a third place in the ranking among Spanish companies with more than 100 employees in 2025.

The independent survey conducted by the multinational ChooseMyCompany has published its long-awaited yearly results. The CIC Group has obtained a rating of 4.45 out of 5 based on the indicators of professional development, work environment, management, recognition, purpose and sustainable development.

Every year ChooseMyCompany evaluates and accredits companies through ten main certifications.  This year it has selected the CIC Group for the HappyIndexAtWork and TechAtWork 2025 certifications, assessing the level of commitment created between their employees and their companies.

CIC obtained an EngagementScore of 76.7 out of 100, surpassing the minimum participation rate, which reached 78.0% of responses.  This year there were a total of 322 participants,  84.8% of whom recommended working at the CIC Group.

According to the independent survey´s results, the CIC Group obtained an EmployeesIndex rating that is 7.6 points above the average of the 117,315 companies in the IT/Digital sector worldwide. This rating is 12.9 points above the average of the total of more than 428,000 companies encompassing different sectors.

Regarding the “work environment” aspect, 83.3% of the participants expressed a highly positive view of the innovative way of working which the CIC Group promoted. It is worth noting that 91.0% of the respondents were satisfied with the work-life balance and the hybrid teleworking model the company provided. Furthermore, 85.7% responded positively regarding the facilities, their condition and the resources that were made available to them in order to carry out their work.

Regarding”the reason for being,” 82.3% of employees consider that human relations within the company are of a high quality, 82.9% feel proud of the projects, products and services that they are involved in.  Whereas 78.0% express confidence in the managers and management team of CIC and FIELDEAS.

Good results have also been achieved in the “sustainable development” (CSR) indicator: 86.3% of employees feel that the CIC Group offers the same opportunities to all employees, regardless of gender, beliefs, or ethnic origin. In addition, 83.2% share the company’s system of values, while 78.9% recognize the company’s commitment to the environment.

The “management” indicator showed that 82.3% of CIC Group employees feel that the work they carry out is useful and that it has a positive impact.  While 77.3% feel they have the necessary resources to achieve their professional goals.

In terms of “professional development,” 77.6% of respondents felt that the CIC Group gives them the opportunity to learn and develop their skills and competencies. Additionally, 76.4% of those surveyed understood the possibilities for growth within the company and the opportunities for promotion, new projects and mobility.

In terms of employee “recognition“, 73.6% felt that their efforts and contribution to the company were highly valued and were very satisfied with the employment benefits that the CIC Group offers.

The extraordinary results of this survey and the renewal of these certifications is a source of pride for all of us who are part of the CIC Group . At the same time, it serves as a source of motivation for establishing a better working environment, with a socially responsible business model.
