The <strong>CIC Group <\/strong>has obtained a rating of<strong> 4.45 out of 5 <\/strong>based on the indicators of professional development, work environment, management, recognition, purpose and sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every year<strong> ChooseMyCompany<\/strong> evaluates and accredits companies through ten main certifications.\u00a0 This year it has selected the CIC Group for the <strong>HappyIndexAtWork <\/strong>and <strong>TechAtWork 2025 <\/strong>certifications, assessing the level of commitment created between their employees and their companies.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-medium\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"177\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cic.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/haooy-at-work-puntuacion-600x177.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25655\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cic.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/haooy-at-work-puntuacion-600x177.png 600w, https:\/\/www.cic.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/haooy-at-work-puntuacion-1100x324.png 1100w, https:\/\/www.cic.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/haooy-at-work-puntuacion-768x226.png 768w, https:\/\/www.cic.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/haooy-at-work-puntuacion-1536x453.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.cic.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/haooy-at-work-puntuacion.png 1689w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>CIC obtained an <strong>EngagementScore <\/strong>of<strong> 76.7 out of 100<\/strong>, surpassing the minimum participation rate, which reached<strong> 78.0% of responses.\u00a0 <\/strong>This year there were a total of<strong> 322 participants,\u00a0 84.8% <\/strong>of whom<strong> recommended working <\/strong>at the CIC Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the independent survey\u00b4s results, the CIC Group obtained an <strong>EmployeesIndex<\/strong> rating that is<strong> 7.6 points above the average of the 117,315 companies in the IT\/Digital sector <\/strong>worldwide. This rating is<strong> 12.9 points above the average of the total <\/strong>of more than 428,000 companies encompassing different sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the &#8220;<strong>work environment<\/strong>&#8221; aspect, 83.3% of the participants expressed a highly positive view of the innovative way of working which the CIC Group promoted. It is worth noting that 91.0% of the respondents were satisfied with the work-life balance and the hybrid teleworking model the company provided. Furthermore, 85.7% responded positively regarding the facilities, their condition and the resources that were made available to them in order to carry out their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding&#8221;<strong>the reason for being<\/strong>,&#8221; 82.3% of employees consider that human relations within the company are of a high quality, 82.9% feel proud of the projects, products and services that they are involved in.\u00a0 Whereas 78.0% express confidence in the managers and management team of CIC and FIELDEAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Good results have also been achieved in the &#8220;<strong>sustainable development<\/strong>&#8221; (CSR) indicator: 86.3% of employees feel that the CIC Group offers the same opportunities to all employees, regardless of gender, beliefs, or ethnic origin. In addition, 83.2% share the company&#8217;s system of values, while 78.9% recognize the company&#8217;s commitment to the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The &#8220;<strong>management<\/strong>&#8221; indicator showed that 82.3% of CIC Group employees feel that the work they carry out is useful and that it has a positive impact.\u00a0 While 77.3% feel they have the necessary resources to achieve their professional goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of &#8220;<strong>professiona<\/strong>l<strong> development<\/strong>,&#8221; 77.6% of respondents felt that the CIC Group gives them the opportunity to learn and develop their skills and competencies. Additionally, 76.4% of those surveyed understood the possibilities for growth within the company and the opportunities for promotion, new projects and mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of employee &#8220;<strong>recognition<\/strong>&#8220;, 73.6% felt that their efforts and contribution to the company were highly valued and were very satisfied with the employment benefits that the CIC Group offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The extraordinary results of this survey and the renewal of these certifications is a source of pride for all of us who are part of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cic.es\/en\/jobs\/\">the CIC Group<\/a> .
