Part of the CIC Consulting Informático team, headed by Raúl Uriel and Carlos Diego Alonso, were in Thailand this week offering SGRwin training courses, our software for digital transmission network management or NMS.
The goal of the courses was twofold: firstly, the technical aspects, focused on fully understanding the SGRwin product; and secondly, to showcase the product at the user level.
The first course was directed at the SGRwin distributor in Thailand, Stand Thai. The distributor received the sufficient training necessary to install and give first level technical support to any client.
SGRwin training; getting to know the product inside out
The second training sessions were directed at a Utility heavy weight in the country, which ranks 81st among the top 500 of the Fortune 500, and 180 on the Forbes 2000 lists, that has just bought SGRwin. The session was aimed at the final user of the product and the training course lasted one day.
The object of these training sessions was to go in depth into SGRwin, configuring and installing; affording the customer knowledge at the user and technical level. Thos who assisted were given a global vision of the product and the sector at an international level.
